This summer I have really enjoyed taking a good self-care book to the beach. It’s a chance for me to really take time to regroup, be inspired and leave feeling motivated. A beach vacation is a great place to set new intentions for when you get home, somehow the salt air makes your mind clearer! Plus a self-care book will bring new knowledge and understanding about what is weighing us down physically and mentally and will take you on a journey to become the best version of yourself. A good book also makes a perfect break from all the digital we are exposed to on a daily basis.
